The number of patients undergoing cardiovascular angiography and intervention has been increased rapidly in Korea. We have presented our interesting cases of cardiovascular angiography and intervention at the homepage of Korean Circulation Society (www.circulation.or.kr) since 2001. This is the fourth revised additional edition after the first publication in May 2005. We hope these interesting cases of cardiovacular intervention and imaging will be helpful for young medical students, nurses, residents of internal medicine, cardiology fellows and cardiologists in their clinical practice or patient care.
