My Memory Museum은 회상요법을 이용한 플랫폼 기반 치매 서비스 디자인 프로젝트입니다. 서비스 디자인은 다양한 서비스 경험에서 고객이 직면하는 다양한 문제점을 찾고 개선해가는 디자인 과정입니다. MMM 프로젝트 영상은 단계별 치매 발생 원인과 결과를 바탕으로 치매를 겪는 사람들의 고충을 찾고 개선하는 과정을 나타내고 있습니다.The goal of this research is to design a service framework to help mild to moderate stage dementia patients, and their caregivers cope with the symptoms of the illness through the use of person-centred reminiscence therapy and Artificial Intelligence in immersive environments.
